For in-stock items, we ship immediately. Customized products ship after a 7-day production cycle. We offer air, sea, and land transportation, selecting the most cost-effective method based on your order and shipping address.

Packaging and Parcel Protection:

We use cardboard boxes and wooden boards for packaging to protect products during transportation. Your items are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Tracking and Notification:

After shipping, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your package. We’ll also send progress notifications. For delays or issues, we’ll promptly inform you with solutions.

Quality Issues or Damages:

Returned products must be unused, intact, and in original packaging. We suggest using UPS or FedEx for returns, with shipping costs covered by you. If your return meets our requirements, we’ll refund the shipping and product costs..
